Latest instalment of adventures of #jeffany2019 Yup we missed our flight by 6 minutes.. totally my fault! I got the times of our cancelled LA flights mixed up with the new ones 😳😬 oops! Always an adventure with us!! And that’s what makes our trips so awesome..good news is @delta was AMAZING and got us booked on a super early flight tomorrow and the amazing @bourbonorleanshotel was amazing enough to credit back our hotel for the night :) 🙏🙌👍 totally not expected but definitely appreciated!! #thankful #deltaairport #onemorenightinfrigidtemps 🥶 #imfineaslongasihavewine #f45imstartingwhenwegetback

When life hands you #lemons you just have to make lemonade! I Was supposed to be in #losangeles for life changing education this week, but you know, things happen. Since so many asked about our dinner last night I thought I’d make a post.. we attended #couples date night” @saithospitality at their Taste Market downtown. You basically help the graduates ( whom many work afterwards at taste market to really learn how to run a real restaurant) make dinner, learn tips and tricks and ask questions, then they finish off the cooking while staff serves the meal.. it was delicious, fun and lotsa wine and great service. We highly recommend it! (You can also go there for lunch if you work downtown, not hands on, but cheaper amazing food, 7th ave) if you want a way more hands on cooking class they also hold classes at their teaching kitchen on campus which I think would be fun too!! Warning, the portion sizes are HUUUUUGE.. thank goodness my nutrition lifestyle allows me amazing nights like these without losing all my progress...but now we’re preparing a meal for friends at home.. two days in a row I will probably pay for in the #energy department 😳 I’ll see you at 11am tomorrow #F45 😜😝 #foodies #iworkouttoeat #datenight #wasmyxmaspresenttous @datenightyyc if you haven’t already, you should do a feature on them!! ❤️

This kid! She just warms my heart!
She was so excited leaving school today with her fundraising form for #jumpropeforheart ( #whoskidisthis? ) Haha So She begged all afternoon to go canvassing, and after regular people dinner time, ( we still haven’t eaten 😜) we practiced and she headed out with this confidence .......less than five minutes later Ffwd to photo number two 😍 she decided she was too shy after all.. I told her, we’re most nervous when we don’t feel prepared, so we practiced a little more.. #shemakesmesoproud #ihateseeinghercry #daughter #confidence #growinguptoofast

A little red faced (photo gives no justice) after 4 days off from the gym...a move, events while sleep deprived, shift work and mom duties makes for a really shitty week when you just can’t fit in your favourite time of the day..
